2 tbsp oil
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup tomato puree
1 tbsp cashew nuts, soaked in warm water
1 tbsp melon seeds, soaked in warm water

1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder

Koftas:
