1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions

2 tbsp oil
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup tomato puree
1 tbsp cashew nuts, soaked in warm water
1 tbsp melon seeds, soaked in warm water
1/2 cup yogurt, beaten
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions:

Koftas:

In a mixing bowl, combine grated bottle gourd, besan, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
