1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup cashew nuts, soaked in warm water
1/4 cup melon seeds, soaked in warm water
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish


Instructions:

Vegetable Balls:

In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, boiled and mashed potatoes, cornflour, and salt.

Mix the ingredients well to form a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round balls.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vegetable balls until golden brown. Set aside.


Makhmali Gravy:

In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw aroma disappears.

Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
