Instructions:

Saffron Layer:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté.
  2. Add mashed carrots and sweet potatoes.
  3. Stir in garam masala and salt. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Set aside the saffron layer in a rectangular dish and let it cool.
