1/4 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Instructions:

Preparing the Paneer Matar Gravy:

In a blender, combine soaked cashews with a little water and blend into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
