Ingredients:

1 kg fresh crabs, cleaned and cut into pieces

1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions:

Prepare the Crabs:

Clean the crabs thoroughly under running water. Cut them into manageable pieces, removing any excess shell or sharp edges.


Marinate the Crabs:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt.

Mix well to coat the crabs evenly with the spices. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.


Cook the Spices:

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the fennel seeds and curry leaves to the hot oil, and sauté until they release their aroma.
