Ingredients:

8 slices of bread
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (capsicum)
1/4 cup boiled green peas
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Butter for grilling
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or a mix of your favorite cheeses)
Mint chutney and ketchup for serving


Instructions:

Prepare the Masala Filling: 

a. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for a minute. 
b. Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until onions turn translucent. 
c. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften. 
d. Stir in boiled and mashed potatoes, bell peppers, green peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes. Set aside.


Assemble the Sandwich: 

a. Take two slices of bread and spread a generous layer of the prepared masala filling on one slice.
