Pulao Recipe: Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients:

1 cup basmati rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes

2-3 green chilies, slit

1-inch ginger, minced

2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

Whole spices (bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick)

1 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

2 cups water or vegetable broth

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing

Ghee or oil for cooking



Instructions:
